RVA Athlete Assessment

This Is Not A Regular Summer Camp

Every athlete is assessed during camp by our nationally and internationally recognized coaches using RVA's new fully integrated Athlete Assessment Software - and walks away with a performance grade, structured feedback, and a profile that tracks growth over time.

In-Camp Coach Assessment

Coaches grade technique, decision-making, athleticism, and game IQ on every athlete throughout the week - not a vague write-up at the end.

Personalized Performance Grade

Each athlete receives a structured performance grade backed by coach observations, so progress is real and measurable - not subjective.

Detailed Post-Camp Feedback

After camp, athletes log into their profile to review notes, scores, and the specific areas to work on before their next session.

Progress Tracked Over Time

Return for another camp and your assessments build on each other - growth is tracked across the season, not reset every week.

Assessed By Elite Head Coaches

The same coaches who train at the next level are the ones evaluating your athlete this summer.

  • Coach Morteza Shiari - USA Men's & Women's National Team, UCLA
  • Coach Farhad Zarif - Best Libero, 2001 World Championship
  • Coach Mehdi Bazargard - Former Coach, Iran Women's National Team

How The Program Works

Progression First

Every session moves from technical base work to faster game constraints. Athletes are not kept in one generic drill loop.

1

Team Placement

On the first day, athletes are assigned to balanced teams and introduced to a dedicated coach who guides them throughout the week.

2

Daily Schedule

Each morning starts with focused skill development sessions, followed by team-centered drills and controlled scrimmage play.

3

Team Development

As the week progresses, players train alongside the same teammates, strengthening chemistry and learning to perform as a cohesive unit.

4

Thursday Champs

The camp concludes with a tournament-style event where teams compete for recognition, awards, and a memorable finish to the week.

Why families choose RVA: Sessions are designed to create measurable improvement week to week rather than random activity blocks.
